Most employees contribute to a their company’s workplace pension for years without properly understanding how it works, how much they have saved or where that money is invested.

These workshops are designed specifically to help you understand how pensions actually work, how your savings build up over time and what impact pension investments are having on the economy and the wider environment.

Suggest a workshop at your company

These workshops are arranged by employers for their staff.

If you would like your company to run a one of these workshops you can suggest the idea to HR or directly to your employer using the template letter.

The workshops cover:

  • how to check the current size of your pension pot

  • what level of income that could generate when you retire

  • where your money is invested and what impact it is having on the environment

  • what personal choices you have within the pension scheme as to where your money is invested
